Artist's Description
In the past, the Maibrat community embraced the barter system, but after a long time, such customs became obsolete as changing times and followed the modern world. Until now, some of the remote areas in Papua still impose this system, but very little, because the material has assessed all. The exchange of goods for the purchase of goods is no longer meaningful. About Jason Sentuf
My name is Jason Sentuf. I am a Pastor of a Church in Indonesia, but painting is also my hobby. Thank God that he has given me such a talent since I was Child. Thanks for becoming my follower. I hope I can live up to the standard you have set. This is a really good drawing and the variety of your artwork is outstanding!
Jason Sentuf replied:
Yes, sketching is my tradition since I was child. My hands became flexible in making smooth and thick lines, at the moment of sketching, manipulating the composition and perspective as instructed by imagination of my mind into a blank sheet of paper. Thanks for such an encouragement comment, Danny! Good Luck!
