Description
Red lily, or often referred to as Amaryllis florist actually a bulbous plants native called Hypeastrum. Ornamental plants are very charming and elegant as it is huge and very brilliant red color. Each flower stalk has 2-4 pieces of interest (most often 4 pieces) which makes it a focal point of the courtyard garden.
To plant it is actually quite easy, only from the tuber. But unfortunately, this plant is growing well in a balmy area. I captured it from my neighbor's home yard last year before I lost my camera. Thanks for visiting and supporting me!

Love this amaryllis portrait, Jason! You're right; it is a very elegant flower and quite beautiful. Thank you very much for your comment. The wall is part of the entrance to an enormous castle on a mountain top in the Peloponnese - Greece.
