While watching the final sentence of two years imprisonment to the Governor of Jakarta (Ahok), which has been broadcasted on by Indonesia TV, I quickly took a pencil and sketchbook. I then directly scratched the face of the wife, who was seriously watching such a great event that had ever shocked the whole world. Why start dabbing her face and head? Because the head is an organ of the human body that is always moving and changing rapidly no matter how unconsciously by us, and this will make it difficult for a novice sketcher or painter who is learning to work. The painters always offer a beautiful woman who can be a model for a painting to sit quietly in a good position and spend hours with her eyes focused on one point so that it is easy for the painter to paint directly. But this didn't happen to my wife. Every time she was asked by me to have her face sketched, she always refused because she was afraid her face would not be a match or vivid, which in turn became the subject of ridicule and laughter for both of us. The only way for me to make my wife a training model for precision and speed sketching is when she is sleeping soundly or sitting relaxed, watching TV, washing clothes without any instruction from me.
