It is one of the beautiful landscapes of my late wife's homeland. I spent three weeks in loneliness there - visiting some beautiful spots while spending a few hours painting. This is one of the most stunning landscapes I have captured and transferred on my canvas. Mount Lokon is an active volcano in the Minahasa district, with the capital city of Tomohon, which is close to this mountain.
