Avocado[1] or avocado[2] (Persea Americana) is a table fruit-producing plant of the same name. This plant comes from Mexico and Central America. It is now widely cultivated in South America and Central America as a monoculture plantation crop and as a garden plant in other tropical regions, including Indonesia, especially in West Papua.
The fruit is buni type and has soft, uneven skin that is dark green to brownish purple, depending on the variety. Avocado flesh is light green near the skin and pale yellow near the seeds, with a soft texture. This is one of my favorite fruits. It is usually mixed with natural brown sugar produced from palm fruit. Eating before breakfast or break time is very sweet and delicious.
Avocado is a fruit that is rich in nutrients and healthy. It contains minerals, protein, fiber, healthy fats, and vitamins, suitable for maintaining heart health. Eating avocados can help reduce LDL levels and increase HDL levels.
