Who does not know the Raja Ampat Islands? The natural beauty of the sea islands in Bird's Head peninsula of West Papua came up out of the country. Foreign tourists used to visit Raja Ampat during the winter in Europe, around November to February. To explore the Raja Ampat Islands made up of 600 islands, travelers usually start from Waisai, the capital city of Raja Ampat District, on the most famous island, Waigeo. "Waisai is the entrance of Raja Ampat. In Waisai, available ships are ready to bring you to travel to several beautiful Islands. To go alone, you can rent a speed boat or ferry ride from Usaha Mina Port, Sorong, West Papua. The ferry will depart at 14:00, and the next day returned to Sorong. Travel costs to Waisai with a ferry ride are much cheaper than renting a speed boat. By ferry, you only pay Rp 200.000 ($ 20) each way.
